As she had had a chlestiotoma op previously she found that the aid was too uncomfortable in that particular ear so took them back to Specsavers who refunded her immediately with no problems. “I booked an eye test at Specsavers Oldham and was very pleased with the way I was treated. I was helped by Faz who did my initial assessment, very professionally as she explained everything she was doing as we went along.
I was then seen by Humairah the optician who also explained in great detail everything she was doing which helped me relax knowing I was in very capable hands.
I was then helped by Shan and we found a pair of frames that I was more than happy with.
And finally there was a small problem but Caitlin the manager sorted it out to my total satisfaction.

“I would like to recommend Lewisham Specsavers due to their efficient, professional and friendly service.
I urgently needed replacement glasses and it was all completed and sorted out over the phone in ten minutes. The person who was extremely helpful was named Dean.
I explained that I was recovering from COVID and needed the replacements sent by post as I didn't have the energy to come and collect them from the store.
He delivered the glasses to my doorstep less than a week later which meant I didn't have to wait much longer for them to arrive.
He was very courteous and went above and beyond to be helpful and kind. This really cheered me up and the glasses were quality and a bargain 2 for the price of 1 range.
