“I've been with specsavers around 13 years. This time after having my eyes tested in Dec have had 1 prob after another after 1st picking up my glasses. In all fairness to specsavers every prob wasn't there fault think I have developed some sort allergy to materials glasses are made from. Just want to say they have been great. I've become the sort of customer last few months nobody wud want. Docs have been no help with finding out why my frames have suddenly started irritating me. Would just like to say thankyou wolverhampton branch am extremely greatful for your patience am hoping pair I picked up today are going to be ok”

“I had my annual checkup today at Sainsburys Charlton store. As usual, the service was excellent. Habiba made me feel very comfortable, explained every check she was doing and discussed the results fully with me. Nothing was too much trouble and although I'm 83 she didn't talk to me as though I was an old person!! She discussed styles, type of prescription and gave me a breakdown of the charges.
