"I contacted them to order the lenses.\r\nThey offer unnecessary eye tests. The staff has one task to take as much of your money as possible. Do not address them."

"I have used specsavers for the past 10 years and they have been ok but this last time I went to have an eye test and paid \u00a3255.00 for two pairs of glasses 1 long distance and 1 reading glasses \ud83e\udd13 I asked them to be thinner lenses as they won\u2019t rub the top bridge of my nose as the older glasses were heavy I also asked them to be tinted. I went back on the 16\/01\/2025 to try on and collect my new glasses \ud83e\udd13 and the long distance ones were brilliant \ud83e\udd29 thin comfortable and tinted , the short distance ones were like my my old ones heaven and not tinted I did say that I was not happy with them as I wanted them tinted and thinned but they were thick and not tinted I was escorted to a chair I waited about 15 minutes so I got up and there were three women discussing what to do I didn\u2019t want to cause a problem so I told them I will take them and throw the thick glasses away as they would be no good for me and then left as I didn\u2019t want to cause a problem to specsavers as there was a lot of people there"

"Absolutely diabolical customer service. Went for an appointment at 10 to be told it was 9.40. I had an email confirming 10! Their representative told me it was 9\r\n40 on their system as if I cared!! No apology\r\nEventually just an email to say sorry I had cancelled my appointment. Will never use them again."

"After neglecting my eyesight for many years I bit the bullet and with a present of vouchers from my son I took the eye tests and went to spec savers at carpet trades way kidderminster. The staff made me feel so relaxed as I was so nervous (as there's a lot of eye issues in my family.) The staff were brilliant all friendly especially a blonde lady with such a stunning bubbly personality. \r\n Anyway to cut a long story short. I can now see brilliantly, every leaf, face and even number plates. The choice of glasses there was amazing as I struggle to find something that suits me. \r\n From start to finish an A1 5 star service. Thank you."
