“I spent 5 days playing off two trade suppliers for the same product only to find out Speedgraphic, who sells to the end user was over 10% cheaper than both and could deliver faster.”

“Delivered on time and looks to be of good quality for my home needs. Have not yet had time to get down to serious copying of hundreds of family photos going back over 70 years, but the equipment is just what I had designed in my mind for my needs. Thank you Speed Graphic.”

“Excellent swift service, order arrived well packaged. The onlŷ carp I have, and which stops Speed Graphic getting 5 stars is that 24 hours after placing the order, I had not received an email confirmation, when I queried this I was told that their systems would not let them send one, however a few hours later I received one with a time slot for delivery, in the end it's only a minor carp”

Sorry for any confusion which occurred when you spoke to us. We don't send an email confirmation for orders which have been placed over the phone, just for ones which are placed via our website. Provided we have an email or mobile number, you will then get despatch and delivery information when we send the goods. As we needed to order in your item, there was a delay of one day; hope that clarifies the procedure.

“I got an excellent price - the best that I could find - and swift, speedy delivery. I am very happy with the purchase and with the service from speed graphic. It is a great scanner that does an excellent job. I note that other things on the site are good value too. The only down side was that my heart fell when they said that, being a bulky item, it would be shipped by DPD. They have a very poor delivery record with me and with other households in this road. Indeed the driver did get lost despite my location being clearly and accurately marked on the DPD tracker map. I have had so many problems with DPD that I am reluctant to buy from any seller who uses them. Apart from the DPD aspect, I have nothing but praise for Speed Graphic. What more can I expect? I got exactly what I wanted, for the best price and it was shipped well packed and promptly. Their customer communication was perfect and kept me informed at all times. 100/100! I will use them again and highly recommend them.”
