“The tripod has come with a.screw which need to be reversed to fit the head I also bought. Unfortunately I am unable to do this and no instruction has been given as to how I can. This was not explained when I purchased the items and explanation should have been given.”

It's a shame that you didn't contact us first before posting a review because, as demonstrated today, we have resolved the problem. Unfortunately, the reversible screw in your tripod, and another example we had in stock, were installed excessively tightly at the factory. We have replaced it with another one. We will also contact the importer of FLM to advise them about this, and suggest that an allen key is included.
