“Ordered a Novoflex Adapter from Speedgraphic. The item arrived well packaged and on time and is well built accessory. Had to return the item as it was no longer required (we did not keep the lens it was to be used for) and speedgraphic refunded the payment and postage quickly and efficiently with no questions asked. Top seller !”

“Great service at the photography exhibition where I bought my filters. You judge a company by their customer service though when there is a problem. One of the filters had a slight scratch on it. The support was fantastic. I was provided with a free-post address to return the filters (I had bought a pack of three and needed to return all three). They were returned with a replacement filter just a couple of days later. Email correspondence was also fantastic.”

“Brilliant range of products on a super website at keen prices but writing as a long-term customer, and compared to delivery times that we have enjoyed in the past, I felt the order was let down by your carrier - DPD / Interlink who delivered late. Still won't put us off ordering again though but maybe not paying extra for 'next-day' delivery to our semi-rural location.”

Thanks for your comments, and sorry that your delivery was late. It was tracked out on the Friday but we've been unable to find out why it wasn't delivered until the following Monday. This isn't typical of Interlink with whom we've had very few problems in 15 months.
