“Excellent swift service, order arrived well packaged. The onlŷ carp I have, and which stops Speed Graphic getting 5 stars is that 24 hours after placing the order, I had not received an email confirmation, when I queried this I was told that their systems would not let them send one, however a few hours later I received one with a time slot for delivery, in the end it's only a minor carp”

Sorry for any confusion which occurred when you spoke to us. We don't send an email confirmation for orders which have been placed over the phone, just for ones which are placed via our website. Provided we have an email or mobile number, you will then get despatch and delivery information when we send the goods. As we needed to order in your item, there was a delay of one day; hope that clarifies the procedure.

“Gentleman I have only made a few purchases from yourselves over the years - mainly Billingham bags of various sizes 4 of which I still own and are used regularly however not all are containing photographic equipment now - but that is the flexibility of an excellent product The advice and service I have received over the years has always been genuine and consistent We had a walkstool collapse and this was promptly replaced and the manufacturing error has never happened again and the walkstools are used a great deal now we have retired So thank you for the service I have received from you regards Richard Belsham”
