“I bought a Plustek film scanner at a good price. Delivery was prompt. The included scanning software (Silverfast) wasn't compatible with Windows 10, but the SpeedGraphic helpdesk were helpful in explaining how to get a W/10 version from the Silverfast website. The 24-digit serial number is extremely easy to mistype (fives and esses look identical) but I got there in the end. I didn't find Silverfast intuitive to use but I persevered and I'm very happy with it now.”

“Ik had mijn bestelling langer verwacht maar was binnen 4 dagen binnen. Alles klopt de kwaliteit van het product is goed maar wel te duur dat kunnen ze helaas ook niks aan doen. Wat ik van het product verwacht is zoals ik dat in mijn gedachten heb verwacht.”
