“Appalling! Product arrived sealed but scratched. I contacted customer services via the given email address explaining the problem and clearly stated that whilst it was obviously supplier problem it was THEIR supplier and I wanted their support in resolving the issue. I received no communication whatsoever. So, in my view they don't care about their customers.”

“I had looked at this same item in a well known camera shop and was really happy having purchased the item from Speed Graphic at a saving of £50. The item is a great buy and I would definately reccomend it.”

“I bought a bag from the Photography Show that was too big (my choice), Haydn at Speed Graphics was very helpful and was more than willing to exchange my bag for a smaller one and refund the difference. All in all a very pleasant and easy experience, I'd certainly use them again.”

“Speed of delivery was excellent. Goods arrived promptly as ordered However, slightly annoyed that flat rate. Postage was applied. Item would have cost normal first class not £4.50. This needs to be addressed.”

“The item I ordered was received promptly. However, the company's stated terms for cancellation of the order are in breach of the Consumer Contracts Regulations which state that the right to cancel doesn't end until 14 days from the day the goods are received, not from the date they're despatched as wrongly stated on the return form.”

Thanks for pointing this out. It's correctly stated on our website T&C but not, as you say, on the Return Form we include with parcels. This has now been corrected.

“I ordered a Novoflex adapter from SpeedGraphic (Leica SL to Olympus OM) which turned out not to fit the Leica very well. SpeedGraphic were very good about, firstly, exchanging the adapter for another one, and, secondly, refunding me when the replacement did not fit either. Friendly and helpful on the phone, prompt to deliver items.”
