“I recently purchased an FLM ball head from speed graphic, the only place in the country to get them I believe and what a nice piece of kit it is. Previous to this I called them to discuss my needs and compatibility with my current camera plates and after a conversation with a very knowledgeable Gent, I decided to buy the following weekend, however in the week it had sold out so I mailed them to see when it would be back in. They replied the following morning to say they had just received the next batch in so I placed an order. So all in all good kit, Knowledgeable guys, good communication with good on time delivery, no doubt I will be shopping there again.”

“I was considering purchasing a new carbon fibre tripod when I came across the Manfrotto MT055CXPRO3 model on Speed Graphic's website. The price was better than anywhere else I had considered and when I took into account the Manfrotto Cashback offer it was a 'no brainer' to buy from them. I ordered the tripod over the telephone with one of the office staff and requested next day delivery at a little extra cost. The transaction went through swiftly and my tripod arrived the next day as arranged. I have used Speed Graphic on a few occasions in the past and would certainly use them again in the future.”

“Consummate professionalism, courtesy, & efficient conduct throughout my (telephone) enquiry, which, not unnaturally, resulted in a sale. This is customer service as I remember my parents being offered; now, in a time where such minutiae are often overlooked. Thoroughly recommended for all aspects of photographic endeavour !!”
