“Ordered an out of manufacture quantum cable that was tampered with and lost in transit Speed Graphic were not able to replace the cable because it was a one off but they did refund my money,excellent service.”

“I have been dealing with "Speed Graphic" for more years than l care to try and remember and l have only experienced one hit-up. I ordered some sensor, lens and general camera cleaning materials to be delivered to my office before departing for a long period in the Cairngorms. The day before l left for Scotland, the order still hadn't arrived. I rang "SG" who profoundly apologised. and said l would receive the order in Scotland. The order arrived at the hotel before l did. “I like Speed Graphic’s extremely useful range of photographic products that you often can’t find elsewhere. I particularly appreciate their range of Novoflex products that are better designed and built than any other 3rd party camera accessories I’m aware of, and their camera-lens adapters are seriously important products. Very fast delivery too and fair pricing. I’m very happy.”

“I have used Speed Graphic in 4 separate occasions now, and I have been fully satisfied with every transaction. Searching for the best deal, I have also found SG to be competitive with pricing, which to be honest is the reason I return to them. Service is fast and efficient. You get to know the true nature of a good retailer when you have to complain or return an item, however I can't comment on that, as everything I have received has been perfect to date.”
