“I’ve ordered a Hewes stainless steel reel 35mm. Everything was alright with the product and the postage as well and they shipped it to Hungary without any probs. As this wasn’t my first order and all was alright I recommend them!”

“Got very concerned about delivery. It took 7 days and only had to travel a few miles,had I known this would of collected it. Had to phone twice only to be told it was royal mail's fault. I would have paid delivery on such an expensive item.”

Just to appraise you of how the postal system works. All packets are now sorted at large centres around the UK. GU postcode packets used to go to Guildford and back out again, but not any more. They never were picked up by a postman and taken 'down the road' to our customers. Unfortunately delays at Christmas are inevitable. Please also note that a next day delivery option is available either when ordering from our website or on eBay.

“I'd rate the service from Speedgraphic as very good but the products I bought were disappointing. I bought a Jobo 1520 developing tank and find loading the film onto the spiral difficult, the film tends to stick before it's fully on. Nowhere near as good as the Paterson system. I also bought a Stearman Press SP-445 4x5" developing tank, the top feels as though it's about to come off so I have to put some gaffer tape over it as a safeguard.”

Sorry that experienced these issues. We'd be interested in knowing more about the Jobo spiral - this is a new product for us and we are keen to ensure that it delivers the performance expected. The Stearman tank needs to be squeezed before the top is attached: this creates a vacuum which holds it in place. Let us know if you still have problems.

“I would write a review but I’ve actually not received my order of a Harman camera and had no delivery update. Also no reply to emails about said delivery. So over all not good at all. I would provide a photo but I don’t have one to give.”

Your email from Saturday was replied to today; as advised, we don't work at weekends. The camera was posted on 30th November, and we are really sorry that you haven't yet received it. We have found Royal Mail despatches from around the Black Friday weekend to have been severely delayed in some circumstances, and we hope you receive it soon. If it is lost, we will refund your money. There is no replacement stock at present as Harman will not have more of these cameras until January.
