“The online catalogue seems to be more than a little optimistic; I can only think more items are offered than are actually in stock because often delivery seems quite slow. The pages are annoying because having looked all the way down a page there is no "back to top" button - lazy programming these days.”

Having looked into your order record it looks like the Manfrotto 120DF adapter was out of stock when you placed your order - this would have been indicated on our website. It took a little bit longer to replenish than usual, but we sent out your order on the day it was delivered to us. The website stock information is updated at least every two hours, and it's rare that we have a discrepancy when something shows as being in stock but isn't. The actual available quantity is also shown at checkout, so if a customer orders more of an item than we have immediately available, a flag will display. There are some of our competitors who do have a dubious definition of 'in stock', but we'd like to assure you that it's most certainly not our policy to imply something is available when it isn't.

“Delivery was first class. Ordered 4pm one day and delivered the next day around noon. The product is surprisingly well built (Germanic) and presents very good value for money when compared to some other photographic products. For example, the trolley is cheaper than a Lee 100mm system polarising filter!”

“The transaction went well with clear and concise advice from Speed Graphic. The items ordered arrived promptly and in prime condition. Slight concern that 2 days after that I received an email offering me one of the same items at 15% discount! That will teach me not to be too quick off the mark.”
