“I purchased a Mindshift Gear Firstlight 40L camera bag which so far seems to fit all my needs, i think i have found my perfect bag. Speed Graphic let me choose what day i wanted it to be delivered which i think is great and more companies should have this. It is the only thing i have purchased from them, but definitely not the last! Great job!”

“Have used Speed Graphic a few times. Staff helpful and knowledgeable. My last order was for next day delivery, which was promised & paid for - unfortunately it took 2 days, which defeated the purpose. Going by the tracking, the courier company were probably at fault. However emailed Speed Graphic as I had did not recieve the service paid for & have not recieved a reply, which is dissappointing given the otherwise excellent service”

Sorry that there was a hiccup with your delivery, which is unusual, but can happen from time to time. We've checked our records and can't find any trace of an email from you, so it's possible that you responded to the auto-generated one from Interlink Express. We note that this does not say 'Do Not Respond' so will take that up with them. We have refunded your carriage charge today and thank you for letting us know about the problem.
