“I needed to send a parcel at short notice, when I called up the team were very helpful and gave me a quote straight away. Throughout the process I was kept up to date on the progress of the parcel and was told when it had been delivered and who signed for it. Brilliant service, will use again! Thank you.”

“The best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. The 2 ladies I dealt with couldn't have been more pleasant, friendly or helpful, they were exceptional. Having already phoned 2 courier companies for a quote who sounded like they couldn't care less about my business, it was a breath of fresh air to talk to someone who sounded genuinely interested and understand the urgency and importance of the delivery of my parcel. I was offered regular telephone updates which happened as promised. I just wish I needed to use couriers more often so that I could give Speedy Couriers more business!”
