“Despite having the correct name and address on the delivery receipt email the package was sent to the wrong building. I am not sure why the name was changed after the confirmation email but its incorrect. As yet the package has not been reconciled with the owner yet.”

Hi Really sorry to hear that you have had an issue with the delivery - This sounds like an issue with Parcelforce, sometimes delivery drivers get overwhelmed by Universities. If you had called us and informed us that you had not received your parcel I feel sure that we could have helped you. Best regards Speedypack

“I was extremely happy with the service I received from speedy pack. The gentleman who dealt with my order was very helpful and even changed it last minute when I realised I had made a mistake, the parcel still arrived on time the next day! The products we received are of a high quality and match descriptions from the website. Overall I have nothing bad to say, great efficient company!”
