“My booking was from Dubai to Amritsar but spicejet delayed the flight for 15 hrs and staff was stilll not sure if flight will operate or not and then gave all the passengers only one option that was to take a spicejet flight Dubai to Delhi and did not gave us any flight from Delhi to Amritsar so all the passengers travelled to Amritsar on their own, spicejet paid nothing for that. I had paid alot more money for the flight to Amritsar as it is my home town. Flights to and from Delhi are always cheaper but for my conveniene i booked for Amritsar flight. It took me to reach from Dubai to Delhi 4 hrs and from Delhi to Amritsar it was a nightmare of 12hrs by road as there were jams and i was exhausted by sitting at airport for 8 hrs and then travelling to delhi 4 hrs. So it took me 36 hrs to reach my home from Dubai. It was like as if we were in a war zone and they were offering only one option if we want to reach India. It felt like we paid hefty amount to suffer. I would never suggest anyone this flight even if they offer free tickets. I would rate this flight in negative if there was an option for the same. Spicejet don't even deserve a half star rating.”
“Spice jet has absolutely NO urgency or since of time. They do not care that customers have other flights to catch. They are NEVER on time. I honestly can not believe this airlines is in business. The planes are old and uncomfortable with no power outlets to charge devices. WTF spicejet. Giving 1 star is not even close to what they deserve. But that's as low as ican go.”

“This is the worst experience I had with this airline . For 13 kg overweight they charged 20800 extra which is ridiculous and flight cost is 14000. And above all it was mentioned if u do online. It will be around 9000. They should charge for one bag but they are only ripping off last moment. I suggest not to travel through them”

“Just watched a video of ur staff slapping a security person. She could have reported to the authorities instead of snapping if the security did something wrong . This is not good . May be these staffs who are not mentally healthy should be grounded. Flying with such short tempered staffs is risky Spice jet authorities do a mental health check up of ur staff from time to time”
“**Bad Review for SpiceJet Management:**
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with SpiceJet regarding a simple just small 3 letters name mismatch issue between my passport and ticket. Despite providing my passport, Emirates ID, and debit card details which is used for this ticket booking, SpiceJet failed to resolve the issue. Their management was shockingly unhelpful and displayed a complete lack of empathy towards customer concerns.
When I visited the SpiceJet office, hoping for a solution, the management's response was cold and dismissive. They outright refused to make any effort to correct the name on my ticket, claiming it was against their policy. It's astonishing that with all the information I provided, they couldn't facilitate a straightforward name modification in their system.
Yesterday, they prevented me from traveling, causing a waste of my time , energy and money.
Their proposed solution was absurd and customer-unfriendly. They insisted that I should forfeit the entire ticket amount and rebook if I wanted to travel. This shows a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and a complete absence of flexibility in their policies.
Overall, my experience with SpiceJet's management was beyond disappointing. They not only failed to address a basic customer service issue but also displayed a lack of professionalism and willingness to assist. I would strongly advise against using SpiceJet if you value competent and customer-centric service.

“Oh my God! What a worst Airline one could ever find.. I mean every single time I buy ticket (whether International trip of Domestic) and I regret it to the core as it proves to be the worst as always.
This morning (12th June 2024) my father travelled from Dubai to Mumbai, and he is 72 years old and guess what? the flight was delayed by 2 hours and 30 minutes.
I believe they should shutdown their operations globally as they don't deserve to be in this industry. Better let them choose to sell PanCakes instead..”
