“I'm currently using this company investment platform i was able to invest up to 178,000 dollars in total from my life savings 10k initial investment. when i applied for a small withdrawal I was surprised by a tax payment fee of 20% because i surpased 35K dollars, but i was charged at 20% at 38k this fee also cannot be paid using money in the account. once i decided to pay this tax fee payment I was told that my ($550,174.32 ), will take up to 24hrs to process (it took 30hrs) after that, the withdrawal would go through in 2-3 hours. now that the tax payment was made and 3 hours had passed i inquired again about my withdrawal, only to be hit yet again they suspend my account. and hit me with a suspension fee. Then I knew it was a scam I contacted the FTC's Bureau of Consumer Protection, I was referred by alexivictimhelps @ mail . com who was able to unlock my account and make withdrawals to me on my local bank account all thanks to them”

“A company manager from this website called me, claiming to be an analyst recruiting people to trade and earn money. All the money I deposited was the minimum amount, $125,000 A few days later, they praised my ‘success’ and said I needed to increase my deposit fivefold to maximize efficiency. I added more money and started trading. I reached out for assistance several times, only to find out it wasn’t free either! When I had a significant amount ready for withdrawal, they said I had to pay taxes and fees. Expecting my profits, I didn’t question it. After another transfer, my account was blocked. No one contacts me anymore, and as you might guess, the scammers kept my money without allowing me make my withdrawals i contacted a recovery agent called alexi victim with the email address alexivictimhelps @ mail . com who was able to recover my funds if not I would have been in tears with this company”

“Order received in part. Return item on the site and when requesting shipment. No longer available (Fake stock) Promises refund. Which I never received Does not respond to email Total incompetence Avoid, do not buy on this site, scammer I have never seen such a not serious store, I wonder how they can still sell on the internet @ Spiral Direct: You have just lost a customer, I won't be the only one, your advertising will be done You deserve to go bankrupt and close shop, this will do a service to the customer you denigrate”

“Ordered two hoodies and paid for them both. Only received one. Politely informed customer service and only got an email response with delivery notice on the one I received. No further responses from the company. Poor customer service. 100% will not do business with them again.”

“I ordered 3 items. I only received one, and got charged for all three. Good luck getting them to return email messages or phone calls. When I tried to sign into my account I got a message that said that previous email passwords were not valid in their "revamped system". Do not buy from them! They are a scam business!”

“Spiral have started using a different garment supplier and they are way too small and a lower quality. I returned the one my sister bought me as a gift and, although they have repeatedly told me they would send a replacement they have not, and numerous staff have apologised but subsequently just ignore me. I’ve been waiting for a year now and they won’t even return the one I sent back. Rubbish sizes and rubbish customer service.”

“Sizes are way to small. I usually wear a xl or xxl. I am 6'0" and #220. I ordered 2 hoodies and decided on xxl. Better safe than sorry. They were like spandex on me. They fit my wife perfect. She is 5'10" and #150. Very disappointed”

“Their items are beautiful but every time they bring out a new catalogue, the majority of the newest items are out of stock. This has happened so many times and when I contact them they give the same excuse - namely that they have been "let down by their suppliers". Maybe they should find new suppliers?? They offer to notify when the item becomes available but never once have I had a response when I submit my email.”

“Bad customer service I ordered three items for Spain, they charged me all three and I only received two. I have opened a ticket to claim and I have sent several emails, but a week has passed and they have not contacted me yet. I had to ask my brother, who lives in the UK, to please call them on the phone, but they do not pick up the phone. Bad treatment to the client, I will not buy more times. I want my refund.”

“Ordered goods on 11th January, had to phone on 22nd to chase them. Was promised a call back ASAP. They eventually called back the next day and said the goods were out of stock when I ordered them and offered me a different size. I pointed out that option was absolutely useless to me and they begrudgingly offered a refund. This is the second time this has happened and it always gets blamed on either system or IT problems. I wouldn't trust this shower now as far as I could throw them as they are obviously taking money and hoping people will either forget or won't be forceful enough when chasing them. I will also be reporting them to trading standards as once is a mistake but twice is incompetence. Still no sign of the refund so it looks as if I will have to open a case with PayPal.”
