“Supplied a unit that would not switch on and couldn’t bump me to Intex fast enough. Still waiting after three days to hear from the manufacturer. In my opinion they should have supplied a new unit and sorted it with Intex direct.”

“This is the 2nd pool I have bought for my dog to keep her cool in hot weather. The first one lasted about 6 years. Very pleased with my purchase, but don’t try and tip the water out, scoop out as much as possible first, as it is possible to split the rim due to the weight of the water. A definite good purchase even though a bit expensive.”

“The problem was with the carrier. They repeatedly emailed to say attempted delivery was made when I know the carrier did not attempt to deliver. It was finally delivered five days late and even went to another part of the country.”

“Loads of fun on the river, great boat and the two people is plenty big enough for 2 children or one adult and one child. Good quality, pretty strong and fairly quick to inflate, although a bigger pump we already had speeded up that process. Oars are attached securely which is a good feature. There will be lots of memories made with this boat!”
