“Ordered the Intex solar heat map on a Friday and it arrived the following Wednesday. Advised immediately by e-mail there might be delays due to Covid and restricted pickups from courier service (already outlined on their webpage), however happy with timescale of delivery and price. Would buy from them again! Cheers, Phil”

“Purchased pool heater, incorrect parts were supplied. Emailed to advise, no response 1 week later. First day out the box and set up, doesn’t work...Emailed to advise, took a week to answer. Heater returned by recorded post, no response, no acknowledgment. Customer Service appaling”

“Delivery arrived earlier than expected, very speedy. Price was high though (the advert had the gaul to put RRP £10.99, price £29.99 or words to that effect) - taking advantage of inflated COVID 19 prices I suspect.”

“Very nice fast service. I’ve ordered the pool heater and it’s arrived only 3 days later! Works perfect on my 10 ft garden pool, takes about 2 hrs to warm up the water, so pretty fast too! Very happy with purchase & I can recommend this seller”
