“Placed order on 14-11-16 no communication until I phoned on the 5-12-16 was told that we would receive the print proof by Friday the 9-12-16 did come so I sent email asking but before I received an answer the proof email arrived on 11-12-16 sent answer back the same day then I did receive an email stating I would get the item before Christmas It was not until after Christmas that I was told I would not get it ,I sent an email stating that I should have got that email before Christmas not after. I also requested that a manager contacted me this has not happened. Would I recommend them definitely not Based on their lack of communication This must be there policy through out the management of the company Hope this helps? In proventing you have the same bad experience that I have had Regards Peter c”

Hello Peter, I am sorry you are unhappy with the service you received during the order. During November and December it is a very bust time and our lead times on the printer orders were taking around the full 5 weeks to manufacture - which is stated on order. I can see the email of complaint where you say you were told you would have the item before Christmas but we never give a definite dispatch date until the item is with quality control. Unfortunately our last dispatch date was 21st December and your order wasn't packaged before that date - we did ship at the next soonest available date which was the 4th January. I do understand you are frustrated but the delay was mostly due to ordering at a busy time of year and then the closure of courier and the main business over Christmas.

“Compared to some, ours was a simple design, clear glass with 4 screw holes and very nearly stock size, but we could not find a reasonably priced supplier. Searched online, Splashback UK came up, informative site, easy to use, good prices. Looked no further, placed the order and after receiving all the relevant notifications and acknowledgements our splashback arrived, extremely well packed, a couple of weeks later when they said it would. Will certainly use this company again and would be quite confident in doing so.”

“The end product was fab, shame I had to drive 50 miles to pick it up as the deliver co sent it to wrong depot !! But I got what I payed for and it was better than expected .”

“We bought a picture splashback for our new kitchen and are very delighted with it. Although it took a few weeks to arrive the instructions were very clear and it was up in no time. It really sets off the new cooker and hood and everyone who sees it admires it.”

“It was a friend's idea to go on the internet to find a made to order splashback when I discovered that, like everything else in the bungalow that I bought last summer, the space between the cooker and the extractor fan was non standard size so I could not buy one from a high street DIY store. I was amazed at the range that your company offered and fell in love with the one that I purchased. I was concerned about the safe delivery of this item all the way from Northern Ireland to Norfolk but need not have worried. It left you on Wednesday and on Friday morning I tracked it to the local delivery point when I was told that it would be delivered to my door by lunchtime that day - which it duly was. It came wrapped in bubble wrap with polystyrene tubing round the edges and encased in cardboard. My friend secured the splashback with the adhesive that I ordered from you - it was all very simple. I consider the splashback to be the centrepiece of my revamped kitchen and it is the background to my new Facebook page where it is admired by all my friends as well as those who visit the bungalow. It is worth every penny that I spent on it.”

“I am pleased with all aspects of your service and the quality of the product I bought. There is however, one thing that prevented me me from giving you a Very Good rating; the colour accuracy of my splashback. I purchased "pearlised copper", the colour is not copper and it is virtually impossible to detect any pearlisation in the finish. The colour does not match what is shown on your website, very disappointing. Dorothy Gibson”
