“I ordered the box to cheer up a friend whose home was flooded, but they didn’t receive it. I cannot comment on the box itself, it’s about the delivery method. It was not handed to the person (though the order form requires a phone number for contact). I assume it was left somewhere on the property, but there is no way of finding out where it was left. Disappointed.”
“I purchased a gift for my daughters birthday which was on the 27th December. I picked the gift and it wasn't until I had paid for it that I got notification that it wouldn't be delivered until 16th January because of the holidays! If I had known this before I had paid for it I wouldn't have purchased and would've found another company to purchase from.”
