“I was very excited and pleased with all the hampers you had to offer and was satisfied with the price of these too. However, I did place the order over a week in advance to ensure my mum would receive the gift on her birthday. That was yesterday and she still has not received anything.
This was disappointing as it was meant for her birthday and would have been nice for her to have received it then. I would think placing the order 10 days prior would be enough time...”
