“I was extremely disappointed with this service. I ordered a gift basket from overseas for my friend for her birthday. I ordered on 31 Jan to be delivered 3 Feb. My friend received it on 14th Feb after she chased it up. On 2 occasions she was told that they could not find the order. I would think twice about ordering anything further from Spoil me.”

“I paid for same day delivery but received my order the following week. I chose you over your competitors because you offered this service. All that was refunded for the inconvenience caused was the delivery fee and a late apology over email. No customer service was provided in the weekend when I made several attempts to contact them after not receiving my order on Friday. I even reached out to their social media and was ignored. To date their social media manager has not even so much as acknowledged my message yet continues to be active on their business Instagram. Needless to say I will never be ordering from Spoil Me again and I will not be recommending to my friends and family. I understand mistakes are made but how it was handled was appalling.”
“For $80 it didn’t seem we got value for money: 3 wash cloths (I think that’s what they were), a small box of chocolates (has 6 chocolates in the box), some peanuts, facial cleanser and 2 small cookies. If circumstances allowed I would have gone to the shop myself.”
