I've ordered the custom photo but it was not included in the box.

I was extremely disappointed with this service. I ordered a gift basket from overseas for my friend for her birthday. I ordered on 31 Jan to be delivered 3 Feb. My friend received it on 14th Feb after she chased it up. On 2 occasions she was told that they could not find the order. I would think twice about ordering anything further from Spoil me.

The order was delivered 3 weeks after I placed it with no communication on their behalf. I emailed them, messaged on Facebook, and have only heard back after several weeks and messages. Super dissapointing.

The gift was sent to the wrong address. My recipient advised me 10 days later that a neighbour delivered it to her. can you look at what happened here please. Recipient Anna McHugh, sender John Gould

I used spoil me so many times before this time I decided to go got for the mystery Box for Black Friday it came with things not even worth it. Very disappointed

I paid for same day delivery but received my order the following week. I chose you over your competitors because you offered this service. All that was refunded for the inconvenience caused was the delivery fee and a late apology over email. No customer service was provided in the weekend when I made several attempts to contact them after not receiving my order on Friday. I even reached out to their social media and was ignored. To date their social media manager has not even so much as acknowledged my message yet continues to be active on their business Instagram. Needless to say I will never be ordering from Spoil Me again and I will not be recommending to my friends and family. I understand mistakes are made but how it was handled was appalling.

For $80 it didn’t seem we got value for money: 3 wash cloths (I think that’s what they were), a small box of chocolates (has 6 chocolates in the box), some peanuts, facial cleanser and 2 small cookies. If circumstances allowed I would have gone to the shop myself.

What's happened to this order? The website says "1-3 working days" and the status hasn't changed since I first made the order on Saturday so I have no idea when it will arrive, although it should have been delivered already....??

I expect the parcel to be delivered on the date specified especially when it is within the same city as your organisation.

I have emailed already but no response. Box was advertised as "goodies galore with samples and more than $50 worth of stuff" but what my sister received for her birthday was a soap, a face mask, some biscuits and a can of wine, which is quite weird. I felt quite embarrassed by the present.
