I couldn’t pickup my order due to some issues and sent a mail to check if my order can be delivered to my address on my cost but there was no response at all, seems no one is bothered about customer

I chose the $100 option and I would not say there was anywhere enough to justify that amount of money. It was nice stuff and it turned up on time but I was hugely disappointed in the contents.

Unclear delivery times. Website states same day delivery, even with paid delivery, got regular delivery times. Not going to recommend or order again.

while the gift was great and well received. the communication and delivery wasn't. I ordered on a Tuesday prior to 11 it was delivered on the Saturday. I emailed to find out whether it could be followed up, I never received a response, so I contacted the courier company who was pretty helpful.

I have to be honest, service was wonderful nice and quick. But the $50 paid for a mystery box was a a bit of a rip off for four items. Very different from the items displayed in the discription picture.

I ordered a Father’s Day present from my 10 month old daughter to her dad, their first Father’s Day and the card that we received with it was directed to someone else and the message I had written was a meaningful one and it was a shame that my husband wasn’t able to read that.

Unfortunately, the courier company misplaced my parcel and it arrived 6 days after the due delivery date so I had nothing to give for a special milestone birthday. Lots of emails and phone calls to Spoil Me to trace the parcel and the parcel finally arrived. It parcel looks pretty but it was not a great experience :(. I would have appreciated better communication from Spoil Me when they knew I needed the parcel and to keep me better informed.

The gift was great but I ordered on the Monday and it showed the first courier picking up before 5pm same day. It was showing still in transit on the Friday which was the day I asked for it to be delivered as that was the recipients birthday. When I left a message day after on the Saturday early morning the next courier showed as picking it up around 9am and it got delivered.

On Thursday 6th July I especially did a search on Hamilton and Te Awamutu gift boxes as I urgently wanted a gift box to be sent to my son at Te Awamutu before his birthday on Sunday 9th July. Your website came up for this and I placed an order, happy knowing that my son would receive his gift before his birthday. I have to say that I am very disappointed to find that after I had placed the order I was informed that your depot is based on the north shore of Auckland, nowhere near Te Awamutu, in fact a two and a half hour drive away, and that you don't have a depot in the Waikato region at all. You also informed me that the courier doesn't do Saturday deliveries but when I phoned them and they said they did. Obviously you knew that it wasn't going to be delivered until the following week but neglected to inform me of this in fear of losing a sale. I find this to be very deceptive and very disappointing behaviour without consideration to your customer. Although the products are lovely, you company as a whole is not and I will not be recommending you to anyone.

Couldn’t get a so called promised $10 discount as items were either just under minimum spend of $100 or well over which I wouldn’t buy.

disappointing to fing the 10% off your first purchase simply doesnt apply to you first purchase that was quite decieving!

I was very excited and pleased with all the hampers you had to offer and was satisfied with the price of these too. However, I did place the order over a week in advance to ensure my mum would receive the gift on her birthday. That was yesterday and she still has not received anything. This was disappointing as it was meant for her birthday and would have been nice for her to have received it then. I would think placing the order 10 days prior would be enough time...
