“First time customer and selected the mystery box, which was a great choice because the package was very disappointing, only had a small bottle of gin and 2 chocolates. no variety in products, instead of 2 chocolates of the same brand, it could have had some variety. Didn't feel good value for money at all.
On top of it all, delivery was a few days late without any updates until I followed up.”
“Delivery was not only unsuccessful but courier was not able to return calls to my partner to reroute package to office. While I was not aware my partners address did not have a bigger mailbox to return the item, my partner has been leaving messages with courier to reroute package to his workplace. My partner missed courier as he was able to be at address because of work. To date my partner has yet to receive the package.”

“I’m upset with the delivery of my hamper. I emailed you guys to ask if my hamper can be delivered on Saturday 09/07/22. However my hamper was delivered 05/07/22. I wanted it to be special for my friends special birthday. Anyway I hope you guys will check your email in the future and reply to your customers if you can deliver on the date they requested.”
