“I appreciate that you delivered on the correct birthday date (02 Sep) as requested, but my friend did not open it as it had a sticker on it saying dont open until Father's Day. So the 'surprise' wasnt as surprising as I'd hoped.”

“Very disappointed- Don't use this company- Ordered & paid for same day delivery birthday gift before 11.30am cut off time as recipient is flying out next day but nothing arrived, 4 attempts at contacting the company and again nothing will be telling everyone I know to avoid this company”
