“I have to say I really do like spoil me . My friend loved the items , especially the chocolate! Was great because I hadn’t added a box and ribbon , but quickly emailed them and they responded promptly to get that sorted and I was surprised how quickly it arrived at her house. The only thing was I was expecting the tasteful outer wrapping on one of the bottles to be still on as seen on pic of it but amazing service overall , p.s if buying a Spoil Me gift box for someone who had a love for flowers , the dried flowers are sweet touch!”

“Purchased a mystery box for my friend. Ordered Weds evening and it was delivered in Chch by Friday. Great service, excellent selection of items. Absolutely made my friends day and put a smile on her face. Thanks Spoil me ❤️”

“On Thursday 6th July I especially did a search on Hamilton and Te Awamutu gift boxes as I urgently wanted a gift box to be sent to my son at Te Awamutu before his birthday on Sunday 9th July. Your website came up for this and I placed an order, happy knowing that my son would receive his gift before his birthday. I have to say that I am very disappointed to find that after I had placed the order I was informed that your depot is based on the north shore of Auckland, nowhere near Te Awamutu, in fact a two and a half hour drive away, and that you don't have a depot in the Waikato region at all. You also informed me that the courier doesn't do Saturday deliveries but when I phoned them and they said they did. Obviously you knew that it wasn't going to be delivered until the following week but neglected to inform me of this in fear of losing a sale. I find this to be very deceptive and very disappointing behaviour without consideration to your customer. Although the products are lovely, you company as a whole is not and I will not be recommending you to anyone.”
