“We ordered a gift for Mothers Day - arrived earlier than expected with specific instructions "not to peek or open until Mothers Day" which we thought was fun. As part of the gift box we ordered a dried flower arrangement and vase (mini). The vase didn't arrive. However, when I contacted spoil me they apologised as they had sold out of stock and immediately replaced with another vase and sent to my mother in law free of charge. I would use again. THANKYOU.”
