“Absolutely bad business this site! I ordered on the 10th of July a couple of men’s perfumes, toiletry bag and another misc item for my partners birthday and revived confirmation of payment and a note the order should take 2-5 days before i get the underway. Fast forward to the 11th of August I still hadn’t received any correspondence re: items or status of delivery; nothing! So I sent an email to which I also received no response. I then reached out again as my partners birthday was days away and there after finally got a response from Jas @ SPOIL stating they couldn’t source an item due to supplier not stocking so swiftly cancelled and refunded my entire order. Now I am left scrambling for a gift for my partner. I do not recommend this site and will not be visiting this site again.”
“I’m so gutted with my order - I got the wheat bag expecting it to be normal size and it’s literally the size of my hand, plus the wrong colour and has some other brands tag on it when the picture made out it was a clear untagged wheat bag.
