“Great concept and cool selection of gifts for "build a box" option. Only issue is selecting items for the cart. You have to go back and forth and start scrolling from the top of the menu to add new items, rather than select an item and keep scrolling.
App/site could be adjusted for a more seamless shopping experience.”
“The box I bought was really nice and I was happy with the items chosen (as it was a mystery box) however the gift message was left out so the recipient had to guess who it was from. I emailed to say thanks but also tell them it was forgotten- was then blamed saying I “didn’t write a gift message” (which I did and received confirmation of) then spoil me never replied. So yeah, not a nice customer service interaction which ‘spoiled’ the whole experience.”
