Waited too long to buy a hoodie at a store so planned to order the same one online. The price was a dollar or so more when I tried to order so didn’t buy it. Last week, I needed a pair of gloves for my daughter due to cold freeze - confirmed they had stock at a nearby store so went to buy it. Signage at the store excluded the gloves I wanted to buy based on prices ending in so many cents but I doubled check it on my phone, grabbed the pair and went to pay. Sure enough price was cheaper in store than online - quite annoying.

i simply asked a worker about the canadian tire points and she completely gave me attitude about it when she was ringing out my items.

Ordered a ton of stuff online many times in last 6 months. Everything was great. Received it in time and all fit. I had one pair of my son's boots that did not fit just before lockdown and they refunded me at the store in minutes. Will definitely order from Sport Check again!

Poor quality garments when ordering online. Bought 4 Nike items on 5 different occasions and quality was substanded, which will be returned. Will never order online again.

We ordered a stick online for pick up, somehow the platform switched it to delivery costing an additional fee. When calling to switch for pick up i was told " it has been slightly over an hour so we can't help you" definitely disappointed in the customer service. I will never shop at sport chek again the place is a joke.

They sent me a damaged used pair of $260 shoes. Now i have to go wait inline to get a refund.

I'll never order from sports check almost a year ago I made a order online still haven't received it, but the shoes that did arrive are the wrong size!!! Good store if u shop in person ordered 4pairs, received 2 of the and only 1 is good..PS... The products here are not cheap , I'm out so much money I know I won't get it.

I would give 0 stars if I could!!!! I ordered running shoes in online store!!! Don’t order anything from them!!! They took money from my credit card and didn’t deliver product!!!! Now I have to waste my time and fight with them to give me product I ordered or return my money!!!!!

Great customer service yesterday at the Winnipeg Unicity store around 1 pm. Both staff actively helpful but not overbearing. Friendly and professional. Extremely upbeat and didn’t laugh at my hideously frostbitten ear - will definitely be back!

I purchased earbuds and received a defective pair right out of the box. Sport Chek refuses to take them back and said that it is up to the manufacturer and their warranty. Terrible customer service and definitely not a good place to purchase any kind of electronics. Look elsewhere because if you do receive a broken or defective product, they will not do any kind of return or exchange whatsoever.

Their return policy is ridiculous and unfair to the customer, not to mention with no notice. We are year into this pandemic and no online returns and making your customer pay to ship items back is completely behind. People are getting stuck with product that does not fit or they do not want, but are not being allowed to return it in the mail without cost to them. Making customers wait months to return items and get money back they desperately need is an extremely selfish act for such a larger company. I suggest anyone buying anything they may need returned to avoid Sportchek and shop elsewhere.

I had difficulty getting a parcel delivered. I spoke to two individuals today and the issue was resolved. Sportschek uses tforce to deliver. I used 2 online inquiries and another was completed by Lori at sportschek call center. I called tforce with the inquiry tracking number. The person said she wouldn't correct the issue so the package could be delivered. I called sportschek back and the package was delivered about an hour later. Thanks to both Lori and the gentleman who helped me today.

I do not like the idea of rating a company poorly, however, I feel that I cannot let this go! Without getting into details, their return policy is ridiculous. I have being a fairly loyal client for many years and will not shop there any more. We are in the midst of a Pandemic, you would think they would appreciate the support of their clients and try to work with them.

Howe st - Vancouver store. I just had a wonderful experience. I purchased some shoes two months ago which started falling apart. The emailed receipt which was easy to find was also a plus. A lovely girl greeted me at the door when I came into exchange.. communicated to another in the shoe section to give me assistance and exchanged quickly and easily. A very pleasant ease in such wild times.

Bad customer service. I ordered something online, and the size doesn't fit. When I contacted them, they said it's final sale and they could do nothing to help. But when I purchased it I didn't see the final sale sign, and I didn't see it said final sale on my receipt or confirmation email either. I asked if they could exchange the item for a different size and the answer was still no. I will never buy anything from this store. Bad experience!

Disgusting service. I ll not purchase anything from sport check now. I appeal to all people please save your money and do not buy anything from them. Even after a month I didn't get my parcel and i got a delivered email..

Does anyone from Sport Chek even look and respond to these reviews? I don't see anything here, which is just not good service. I bought some ski jackets online since Sport Chek was in lockdown and they don't fit (I won't be buying online again) and when I went to return them via post (since there is STILL a lockdown), I was charge a lot for the return. When I called Sport Check multiple times, they just said I have to wait until the lockdown is done to return in store - but now I'm out $$ waiting and who knows when this lockdown will ever end. Every other store is making accommodations - ie. even giving gift cards to cover the postage - and yet Sport Chek won't do anything. Don't bother emailing them either - you'll just get an auto response. They are not willing to budge and I don't recommend every buying online with them.

Hello very upsetting experience. My wife purchased me a new HH jacket from you online as we often buy lots of items online from you and have no issues apon delivery. However this Jacket she ordered was shipped by Purolator and labels show came from Mississauga Ontario to me here in Edmonton. My issue is when it arrived the SECURITY HIGH TECH CORDED ALARM was still attached screaming 😱 😫 I had to wait 2 hours until a Sport Check open 30 min away and drive there with proof of purchase and when I got there not only was the alarm still screaming the store alarms went off when I came in a everyone staring at me like what's happening. This is 1 super embarrassing 2 unbelievable the tag flew across Canada witch could have caused a emergency landing because a alarm in a package going off. I could have had SWAT team at my house thinking a bomb was placed on the plane. This is unexceptable from your company and lazy packaging employees. I expect someone to contact me before I contact the news to explain this situation.

Terrible customer service. I ordered snowboard bindings online at a sale price. 3 days later they Sport Chek cancelled my order saying that the order could not be fulfilled. I went to their website and found the exact same make and model of binding at regular price.
