As I was purchasing my nephew under armour pants the sales associate noticed a hole so I had to be put to the side and had to ask another sales associate to get me another pair because I would still like to purchase them. Seemed like they wanted me to go and do that and didn’t care to help me with the problem. Then when they brought it back I was about to go pay and they asked me to go back in line. They were the ones that pulled me out of my spot about it when I could’ve waited at the til. I almost left without the pants but I ended up waiting. It was Black Friday so there was a lot of people in line. Worst customer service ever at sport chek.

I ordered some Jordans shortly before they went out of stock and they canceled my order after it went out of stock they should’ve at least paused it and say like there isn’t anymore in stock and we will put your order on hold until we get more

DON'T ORDER ONLINE!!! I ordered running shoes and a couple of pairs of socks in order to get free shipping. Order was picked and shipped WITHOUT the shoes! Mani in customer service couldn't be bothered to track the missing shoes or send another pair. They just issue you a refund. So I am stuck with 30 dollars worth of socks I have to ship back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Items on their website is not what they actually have in their inventory. If you order racket and grip, you may only get a grip. If you order shoes and lace, they may send you I called reg an item on their website and their customer rep said, there is no guarantee that they will ship it to me (so don't order it). Don't use their website. It is a hassle, waste of time and arguably a scam!

Went to return 2 shirts purchased for my son's birthday.Had the receipt for one item but not the other as his granny had bought it for him. I explained that we had bought them together at the same time. Both were unworn with all the tags on. We had already picked out 2 new shirts and wished to do an exchange. At first the cashier said he could look up the receipt as I had my receipt which was exactly the same day and time. He then said he couldn't and called a manager .The manager came over and bluntly said no returns without a receipt and that the policy had been in place for some time and walked away.There was not even a hello,no questions or explanation or consideration given. Customer service was not even vaguely present from this "manager"?.

FAKES! Stone island prototype red reflective down jacket? (the one with the silver compass badge) for $79???!!!! 😆😆😆😆😆😆 do me a favour! You can add 2 ZEROS onto that! They’re getting the fake red labels from China n stitching them on! (And stitching you up!) “Chinadian”Stoney prototypes and ‘ghost pieces’????? I ordered a jacket, 1 t shirt and 2 pairs of socks. The socks never arrived but the rest of the order did. They were sent for separate. When I checked the status it said it is ready to pick up in ONTARIO! It is that a joke? The worst service in the world! I have been waiting for the socks more than 15 days and I still no answer!

Sportcheck canada has the slowest most unreliable logistics and online shopping experience. I don't want to refer any of my customers to them anymore. Bought online and pick up email recieved after 4 days. When looking online they have it available in one particular store Langley. Now if you want to cancel this order you have to go all the way from vancouver to Langley. I ordered it for my friend to pick it up in langley on supposed to be the same day as i ordered. But pick up email arrived 4 days later.

I have purchased one size S at the store and ordered another size XS online because it was not available at the store in order to determine which size fits better.. unfortunately I am in between these two size. So I brought them to store for a refund. The store manager refused to refund me the money because it had exceeded 30 days from order date. The online order return money back policy is actually less than 30 days because it counts starting your order date (not delivered date) so only refund by gift card with a credit. It should clearly specify the return policy with online order. I am stuck with credits of both size coats. Not planning to shop anymore online or in store after this.

The order was shipped and soon after arriving in Winnipeg, without warning, the tracking info showed that the order was refused however no one in my household was even notified of the delivery attempt. The items were returned to sender and after about 4-5 attempts to get answers about it, I got an email from their support team which wasn't even written in full sentences explaining that there was an address problem (not sure what that means) and that the refund would be issued which could take 5-6 weeks to process. We were invited to order the same items again if we wanted. NO THANKS! We are done with SportChek and will be canceling the Triangle Credit Card. Awful customer service!

I placed an order after a week I recieved a complete wrong order (ordered womens slide recieve childrens running shoes). I wasn't even sure it was my Sports Chek order as there was nothing indicating on the shipping label and no bill of sale/packing slip in the bag. Called to ask where my order was & they said it was delivered today so that confirmed the wrong items. After explaining this I was told they were sending a return label and I also had to fill out some other form and print t out a third form and reseal and taped the return label and take it all the way to the post office. I explained I had to go far to the post office and do not have a vehicle, they said there was no other way. On top of that they would not be resending my order and for all the inconvenience I would receive a whole 10% off my next order. The order I'm waiting for is not coming I have to go in and reorder...but I wont be receiving my refund for their error until they receive their return back! Unreal.

Tried ordering 5 times, made payment, every time they email back they cancelled order without any particular reason. Very disappointed with sport chek .

Sportchek uses Purolator to deliver some of their products. Any experience I've had with Purolator has been negative. From only 1 delivery attempt and then sending it to a purolator location that is NOT the closest to my location to claiming that delivery details are not accurate for a different order after they have actually been to my location...the poorest of service. Try UPS...WAY better experience. I'm done with Sportchek until I am guaranteed that they will not use sub-standard couriers.

Order products online with the indication the product is available for pick up at the local outlet - only to be informed the product is in fact not available at the local store. This happened on several occasions. The stores are severely understaffed - especially for foot wear retrieval. Foot wear on display is rarely in stock. With competition like this, it is no wonder AMAZON is thriving!

God awful service, staff at Halifax location seem to know nothing about the products they are selling. Inquired twice over the past few weeks about some items, asked if one was on sale and if another would be available. Was told no in both cases, which was untrue both times. Went into the store and the products had sold out. Are these people just completely useless or simply too lazy and stupid to care. In any event, trash business.

Bait and switch on pricing at the cross iron location . Marked as 20-40% off. I went up to pay and the item was regular price. When I questioned the cashier about it she shrugged it off and said it probably wasn’t labeled properly and just laughed.

PARENTS BEWARE !!! BUY YOUR BIKES ELSEWHERE... Buy a bike for my son last summer... Just months later the petal breaks.. Take it shop to get fixed and apparently it'll be over a year to get them part... So now my son has no bike or I have to go spend $300 on a new bike ...
