“Earlier today I bought a resistance band. The store (Sportscheck at Fairview mall in St. Catharines) did not have exactly what I was looking for. Morgan was very helpful in finding something that will work very well. She was very patient with me and made sure that the item purchased would work for me. Thank you”

“I really would like to commend Andrew from St. Albert Sport Chek. i was phoning about a product that had not arrived (that part was not good). Andrew spent time calling another store to find the product for me, put it on hold for me at Kingsway Mall. He was friendly, considerate and very helpful. I will be going to pick up my product tomorrow. Kudos to Andrew.”

“This review is for the pregnant girl by the name of Jean or June...cant remember. I was in a Sport Check in Chinook centre and the girl that assisted me went above and beyond.The size I needed wasn't in and she called to make sure the it was at the other store but wasn't which saved me a trip./We then ordered online right there and it will be delivered to my home. Fantastic service!”

“I went in today looking for some clothes for my daughter and I and the two young ladies working did an amazing job helping us out and making sure we found everything we needed and more! Great workers, they both stopped what they were doing to help us out!”

“I really liked Sport Chek's customer service at 75 Gunns Rd, Toronto. The store manager Alex took great pains to help me put my bike into my car. it was not easy as I had a sedan and it was a big bike. Still Alex helped me by pushing the car seats down and found a way to fit the bike in. He saved me the trouble to rent a bigger car to get my bike home. I have always been pleased with the store staff's service and professionalism. Thank you and Keep up the good work.”

“I bought a golf bag from the Langley BC Sport Chek a few months ago. A side zipper broke, so I took it back to the store. I was assisted by two great employees, Anisna, the cashier, and Devon C.. Devon went above and beyond, assisting in me finding a replacement bag for the same $$ as the one I returned. Both Associates were great .... friendly, cooperative, helpful and professional. They made the whole experience a very positive one. Sport Chek is my retailer of choice for this exact reason.”

“Wow!!! what a great experience. I bought a golf bag and the zipper broke. I took it back to Sport Chek, and the folks there were EXCELLENT!!!. “I wrote a Review regarding worst customer service ever after a girl hung up on me and didn’t wanted to solve my issue. I called again and spoke with Mel. I wasn’t rude with her and she understood that how disappointed I am with their service for not getting my shoes on time. She apologized me and successfully resolved the issue. To all the people reading this review, I know if things are not happening the way we want sometimes it is really hard to be patient but try to talk to them nicely. This way they will do whatever it takes to help you & that’s what Mel did with me. She helped me with my issue. This is for you Mel, I really appreciate your help.”

“Ordered a ton of stuff online many times in last 6 months. Everything was great. Received it in time and all fit. I had one pair of my son's boots that did not fit just before lockdown and they refunded me at the store in minutes. Will definitely order from Sport Check again!”

“Great customer service yesterday at the Winnipeg Unicity store around 1 pm. Both staff actively helpful but not overbearing. Friendly and professional. Extremely upbeat and didn’t laugh at my hideously frostbitten ear - will definitely be back!”

“I had difficulty getting a parcel delivered. I spoke to two individuals today and the issue was resolved. Sportschek uses tforce to deliver. I used 2 online inquiries and another was completed by Lori at sportschek call center. I called tforce with the inquiry tracking number. The person said she wouldn't correct the issue so the package could be delivered. I called sportschek back and the package was delivered about an hour later. Thanks to both Lori and the gentleman who helped me today.”

“Howe st - Vancouver store. I just had a wonderful experience. I purchased some shoes two months ago which started falling apart. The emailed receipt which was easy to find was also a plus. A lovely girl greeted me at the door when I came into exchange.. communicated to another in the shoe section to give me assistance and exchanged quickly and easily. A very pleasant ease in such wild times.”

“I went to the store to buy a basketball hoop for my son, and quickly found it. I spent a total of 6-7 mins in the store. Within that time frame 3 different staff members I passed offered to carry the 50lbs box for me to the front counter or to my car outside. AWESOME SERVICE! When I tried to assemble the system at home, 1 of the long tubes was damaged and wouldn’t fit the adjoining tube. I returned to the store within a couple hours and explained the problem. Service/return department quickly gave me a new replacement part. Great service recovery!”

“I arrived at sportchek with one minute remaining before close. My son had a broken toe and we needed running shoes with good support. We had bought ASICS runners that didn’t work out elsewhere and they had no replacements. We were desperate and I was really disappointed that the store was closing. I asked them if we could please come in quickly and they allowed us to come in and buy shoes, and were very patient and accommodating. Thank you!”
