“Ordered custom shirt, promised Friday collection, let down at every turn — now stranded in South Africa with no refund Ordered a custom Manchester United shirt on 22 May for click-and-collect at this store. Was clearly told it would be ready no later than Friday 29 May. I am an international visitor from South Africa and this was my last opportunity to collect before flying home. The shirt did not arrive until Saturday 30 May — after I had already left. I did everything I could to resolve this in person. I came into the store on both Thursday 28 and Friday 29 May to ask for help — could they track the order, contact the warehouse, do anything at all? Both times staff refused to assist with tracking and were unfriendly and dismissive. No effort whatsoever to help a customer in a clearly difficult situation. From Wednesday 27 May I also tried customer support by phone and online, requesting either a redirect to another address or a cancellation and refund. Refused every time. I am now back in South Africa, out of pocket, with a paid-for item sitting in this store that I cannot collect. The shirt was custom, so I cannot reorder elsewhere. Terrible service at every level — in store, online, and by phone. If you are visiting Edinburgh and thinking of ordering for collection here, please think twice.”

“Absolutely terrible customer service. I received the wrong size for an anniversary gift for my boyfriend, which already ruined the surprise, and since then this company has done nothing but waste my time. First I was told to return the item myself, then told a courier would collect it. I stayed home waiting for the collection — and nobody showed up. After multiple emails, excuses, and confusion from their support team, I still don’t have the correct item or a proper solution. The entire process has been stressful, unprofessional, and exhausting. Customers should not have to chase a company for weeks just to fix a mistake that wasn’t theirs in the first place. I would never recommend ordering from this company unless you want to deal with poor communication, broken promises, and terrible customer support.”

“Absolutely rubbish,i ordered a tikki bar online and my order came uncomplete.I can't return the item for free and we can't contact the sellers online or get a telephone number either so I have to either accept my incomplete order or pay at the very least £5 to return it.I can't contact any customer service and there is no email provided,there is no choice.0 stars.”
