“Trainers were great but too small so I had to pay for delivery and then return postage so cost me around £8 in all. I should have waited until the shops were open so I could try them on!”

“Fast delivery - great price for my new Salomon shoes. I didn't get my Sports Direct mug though. My old one is going hairy through overuse! Aside from that, a great shopping experience.”

“Sizes on the garment packaging do not match the sizes linked to from the item's listing on the website. After pointing out the issue to customer Services, it continued to be listed on the website and then I just got ghosted. This Sports Direct, is a misleading trade description and as such is criminal behaviour.”

“I cannot give any stars or any positive review. I ordered a pair of size 5 trainers on 5th April and received a pair of size 4 in a size 5 box on the 7th. I have emailed twice but have had no resolution.”

“Awful. I placed an order for next day delivery and paid extra for this. I ended up receiving half my order the next day and the other order the day after. This is not what I paid for. No customer service contact number and it was only resolved a day ago. A whole week. Awful service.”

“I paid to receive the item on a specific day, it never happened and upon emailing them to say I wanted the delivery fee back as it didn't turn up on that date, they still haven't replied a week later.”
