“Everything arrived as ordered with no issues. The only concern I had was that Sports Direct used Hermes delivery and I am not usually keen on Hermes since their track record is so inconsistent. But on this occasion, I was kept updated with delivery times and they were able to deliver within expected time frame.”

“Good prices but very bad delivery service, after missing the first delivery I have received an email from Hermes saying will come back after 2 days I waited all day to receive an text that I have missed the 2nd attempt of delivery!!! Then received a text to say will come the following day but nothing so far. When I went to contact the delivery company but no one to call all what you get is automated messenger saying the you missed your delivery.. over a week from the first attempt of delivery and I am still waiting for my purchase very bad and unprofessional delivery service.”

“Too slow for a refund on a returns items and postage cost Order two pair of trainers but never had size 9 and so thought I’ll try 9.5 no good too big. So far cost £11.50 on postage and as yet no refund. 🤦‍♂️”

“I ordered an England football shirt for my grandson and paid £7.99 for next day delivery. Unfortunately, over a week later it has still not been received due to Hermes delivering it to the wrong house. I think this is disgraceful that it has still not been sorted.”

“Wrong size sent and returned.Another delivery wrong size again and returned! Impossible to talk to customer service and E Mail response slow and asking for proof to pay back postage costs. Very frustrating and onus to sort on customer if I could have talked to customer service I could at least have stopped 2nd delivery. Awaiting confirmation goods received before I can get postage and goods refund. Communication is key to good service and I’m afraid Sports Direct does not deliver. I would ask the Customer to try and ring and see if they can get through - good luck!!”
