“On Sunday I ordered my son a England Shirt, paying for next day delivery. We have been self isolating and thought it would be ideal pick me up. Well it is now Thursday and still no England Shirt! I have had several web chats with customer services which they were really unhelpful. Not their fault to be fair but they have to perform to a script and follow the correct process! It seems that they cannot do anything until Friday. Rubbish Service!!!!!!”

“Ordered online trainers to shop 4 days late sports direct cancelled the item and then told me it was unavailable made 4 complaints and had £10 voucher as an apology but 20 days later haven't had the money back for my trainers”

“PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT use this company. I ordered 2 tops with next day delivery for my daughters to wear to school. 2 days later, no tops and 2 crying little girls as their the only ones without them. Theres a reason people shop with Amazon and this is it! Companys like this offer a service they know they can't complete. The sooner this bussiness goes bust the better. The customer service offers no help and are useless! SHOP ELSEWHERE & BE WARNED!”

“Order made from Sport Direct Malaysia on 12 Jun for a pair of street soccer shoes. Item still not received. Contacting Customer Service only results in reply 'We are contacting our courier and will update you accordingly'. This has been the standing reply for the last 2 weeks! Even the order tracker has ceased to show up the status of delivery”

“My online purchasing experience was 1*. I was informed only once I purchased the Euros 2020 football that delivery would be 7 days which was totally unacceptable. HOWEVER the date for delivery was actually calculated at 8 days. Even more unacceptable. I conducted a Live Chat and was given absolutely no explanation to the Sports Direct diabolical error other than the couriers were overwhelmed with work and could not cope and therefore it was their fault! I was preparing to tell the 10 year old that he would not have the football for his birthday, when I received a message to say the item was in the store ready for collection. Great for the 10year old. What a total unprofessional and disconnected method of operation. The agent had no clue as to what was going on either with my order or the delivery procedure. The collection store was more than helpful I hasten to add and inflated the flat football!!!”

“I wouldn’t use again order received late ruined birthday present to my Grandson, no communication, poor customer service it appears they gave a delivery date knowing full well they could not deliver just wanted the money no consideration deffo won’t be using again they obviously treat their customers like they treat their staff 😡”

“Ordered trainers in a size 7. Received a size 6 in a size 7 box so had to be returned. It cost me £8.95 for postage and £3.50 for packaging which ive yet to be reimbursed for. Then i get an email to say i will be refunded for the trainers as the size i need is now out of stock, even though they are still showing available online. Complete waste of time and money.”

“I have failed in my quest to find any customer service. Only one trainer sent in a box, trainer returned as requested and now no trainers and no refund. Disgusted with them, will never use them again and would advise everyone to AVOID them. I was told once trainer was returned I’d get a refund, to date that was a lie. They took money for next day delivery and did not honour that. AVOID”
