“I made an order. The money was held from my account. Sports Direct cancelled the order. Payment was lifted. Weeks later, you somehow managed to gain access to my account and debit funds from it for a cancelled order (how did you do this?). After days of waiting for a response, I’m then told to refuse the order. The order STILL hasn’t turned up. No tracking. No nothing. I’m out of money for an order that you cancelled and no item. Disgusting.”

“I don't recommend this service. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes , a top on 6 april. I received a message that the package will arrive on April 13, but my order was returned to shiper. And no one answers on my email sent, what's happening with my package? Why didn't he arrive? Why I should to have expenses and discomfort for staff incompetence?”

“Unacceptable customer service, I paid for my order to be delivered on the next day and 8 days later I still have not received my parcel. No working contact number and took 6 days for an email reply and still no revert to the issue. My parcel still has not arrived!”
