“Ordered size 9 sent me 13 Took them back to store who kindly swooped for the correct size but a different shoe. I’m out of pocket by the cost of the postage. Very poor and I won’t be using mail order with you again.”

“Delivery awful never received my items even tho fastest courier service said they were delivered. When I checked it out they never delivered any of the packages in the area where I live. Took a week for the order just to be dispatched and then delivery is now 2 dates late but apparently it's arrived based on tracking!?”
