Have sent 4 if not 5 messages to Customer services to say that I have not received the goods that I have ordered, and all I get is an invitation to a survey! I would like some constructive Customer service please.

Could not find a delivery note to return with the parcel. Do I just post them back via Hermes ?? Can,t get any info from Sports Direct of how I can return this item. I want to return via Hermes not post as that would be expensive !!

I ordered trainers and paid next day delivery but received the wrong shoes. These were exchanged to the correct ones which took a long time but unfortunately these were the wrong size. After this I was not able to exchange them again and when returning them I would have to pay the postage as they said I'd already exchanged them once - even though this was their mistake! Very disappointing.

Shocking customer service. Order hasn't arrived and I can't get to speak to anyone. Have had to source item elsewhere as birthday present for my son and beg for a refund. Really disappointed, got absolutely help from online customer service.

Bought same sized trousers as I had before. Turned out to be too big as their producta are always mixed up with sizes. To exchange I should have returned it back on my own cost, after paid £7.99 for next day delivery. So just waited until their shop reopened and exchanged there for free. Facebook account answered days later, but at least in a friendly manner.

I feel that during this pandemic your company has been one of the most challenging retailers to buy from as a mother. I have paid for deliveries and for returns I have had my order split in many parts and this has been hard as a mother. I always use to shop with you but I find that your company is not at all equipped to deal with delivering and these charges soon added up. I would not recommend your company to anyone unless they have £100’s of ponds spare to send on postage. I feel you need to up your game in comparison to other companies. Quite disappointed

Process of ordering & taking money was extremely efficient however out of 3 items I have only received one! Contacted through PM on Facebook page & also via email & not heard anything.

I have ordered on 31 March. My parcel has not yet been handed over to DHL and it’s 14 April! No one is replying to my email and this is so frustrating! I will not order again .

Recently received this survey but still have yet to receive my order . It is sitting with courier since 12.4 no further updates. No acknowledgement that it has not been delivered. Maybe a joint up distribution approach before surveys & reviews would be a good idea. Thanks

Horriric. Ordered some trainers, paid £7.99 for next day delivery, got sent the wrong ones in the wrong box. Paid to return them, had new ones arrive, wrong size. Went to store to exchange, they messed it up on the till then told me I couldn't do it in store and a returns label would be sent to me and I'd receive a full refund within 14 days. Wrote 4 emails to the company to be told they checked my order status and it was saying I had been given a credit note in store. I've still got the trainers, waiting for return label to arrive IF it ever does. So I've lost delivery cost, return costs and money for trainers at the moment. Didnt get a reply on Facebook when they say they reply within an hour and there's no number to call anywhere. All this to buy my son some trainers.. . Terrible. Stick to a better sports shop next time, that can manage sizing, queries, problems and customers👍🏻

Charged almost £8 for next day delivery which was not achieved and thus was reduced to £5 upon querying because the £8 charge would only be waived upon a subsequent second and separate purchase. I still believe that the delivery charge should have been cancelled in its entirety.
