“Paid for fast delivery but Received late they then accused me of not being home for delivery after sending the proof of “attempted delivery” which was a picture of a light they offered me a £3 refund....should of gone to JD sports!”

“I ordered a pair of trainers and paid extra for next day delivery on the Wednesday. They should’ve arrived on the Friday latest. It’s now Wednesday evening the following week and I’ve not received them or any updates. Shocking service, very disappointed.”

“I was quite disappointed by the fact that I had spent £5 to get a delivery to my house, then when the shoes were not the right size I was told I would not get the £5 back and also have to pay £5 to send the shoes back to Sports Direct. I just wish this was more clear on their website about refunds. I was really looking forward to getting these new shoes as they're an excellent product at a super price.”
