Placed several orders nearly 2 months ago including sone during sale events. Thousands of dollars gone. They Sportsmans Guide won't ship any of it and they won't refund. Out thousands. About to file suit. This is happening a lot starting around April especially. Over $4000 worth of stuff and they took the money and some stuff shipped out and was "returned due to sellers request" didn't even think that is possible. Don't think it is. Now they've ghosted me and all my hunting buddies. BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE ANY THING FROM THIS PLACE ANY LONGER! Rumor has it they're going out if business so that may be partly the cause. Between me and the people I know we are out nearly $7000. June 23, 2021.

I've had a item on backorder since last August, they are selling item on there website for a higher price, and not fulfilled my order yet. I was forced to give 1 star, they are a negative 10.

I have had ammo on backorder for over a year they just keep pushing it back further and further as I get close to estimated ship date what bs just cause they don't want to give it to me for the price it was quoted on the back order even though I know they've had the ammo in stock in the last year a company this size should ship your order no matter the going rate if they have it in stock or have had it in stock within that time instead of keep pushing the date back

This company canceled my order after I had waiting three months on my rifle. The ffl dealer want preferred only after they were ready to send the rifle to me. I has did my due diligence as a customer when I placed the order and called both companies to make sure they did business and both checked out ok! They canceled when it was time to send me my Rifle saying they didn’t send it in time.. oh wait we can reorder for you but you’ll have to wait another two months... Horrible experience with this company and their policies! You think being a member they would take care of you!? Well they lost me as a member and a customer...! Boo to Sportsman Guide! You guys suck!!

Signed up for their buyers club a while back and order maybe 2x's a year, maybe 3. Never had a bad experience, as I always purchase In Stock items that are NOT in high demand. This goes for any retail vendor. Many recent bad reviews pretty much revolve around ammo... Shipping has never been an issue, a few months ago maybe needed a little more patience.

I ordered 2 outdoor rocking chairs, they arrived damaged, I sent them back. When I received the refund, Sportsmans Guide actually charged me for shipping! What a joke! I would have reordered the same chairs again had I not been charged for the shipping of 2 damaged chairs! Do NOT order from Sportsmans Guide, they like to rip off customers! Pathetic excuse of a company!

I will never order anything from them again ....my experience with them was a nightmare !!!! They also have a lot of sassy mouth minorities with a chip on their shoulder at customer service ( if you can ever get through .....).... Everyone is turning against them .....I hope they eventually go out of buss....stay away from them !

Sportsman Guide sold me an item which did its job, but was way overpriced. I left feed back explaining the good and not so good. This company would NOT post my review, they only post what they want. This happened 12 years ago. I will never buy from them again! BEWARE they are shady!

My order was lost in delivery. I understand that that these things happen however it took more than 10 emails and phone calls over a 3 month period to get a full refund. Will never buy from this company again

I made a order back on 6-14-2020 They canceled it as prices was going up, they wasn’t about to keep there deal with me. When they could quadruple the price.

I purchased a gun from Sportsmans Guide and I was told that I wouldn't get the tracking number for my purchase after spending over $550 on a gun. I asked them, "How am I supposed to know that you even shipped it, where it went, when it will arrive or if I will find it? They said it'll be sent 2day air via Fed Ex. Well Fed Ex has Tracking numbers, they said that they didn't give out that information to the buyer only the FFL. I won't buy from this company again that doesn't give me the tracking number whether it goes to the FFL or not.

This company is trash. They bait you into a membership with cheap sticker prices and then don't fulfill orders. The customer service reps want to defend their company opposed to work with the customer to find a solution. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Just look at the star and a half rating. It would be lower if 0 stars could be given.

***********FALSE ADVERTISING!!!********* I ordered a 1000 rounds back in August 2020. The website said it was in stock and will be shipped. However, they only sent me 500 rounds and I received an email saying it will be mid October before I will received the other 500 rounds. Begging of October I get an email saying it will be mid January before I will receive the rest of my order. Begging of January I get another email saying it won't shipped until mid April. Today 3/24/21 I went to Sportsman Guide website to look up my order. It said on their website that my order will not be shipped until mid July!!! What poor customer service when you order something that say's it was in sstock and almost a year latter I still have not received my order. Very poor customer service and the help I got when I called was less than professional. I will never order anything from this company again. ******FALSE ADVERTISING!!!*********

I purchased ammo from Sportsman's Guide and they sent completely different ammo and after I sent photos to them, they stopped communicating with me, no resolution, terrible customer service, do not shop here.

In July of 2020 I backordered 1000 rounds of .223 at 36 cents a round. They have continuously canceled my order multiple times on me and continue to push it back. Originally it was supposed to come in October, then December, then January and now April. They have the rounds listed on their website for 70 cents now. They have lied and continue to push my order back so they can take money from other people and not fulfill my order

WHY CAN I NOT GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS! This company is the absolute WORST. They saved my credit card from a previous order and billed me for something I never ordered or received months later! Cannot be trusted at all!!!

DID NOT FILL AMMO ORDER AND CANCELLED WITH NO NOTICE. Ordered July 2020 cancelled Feb 2021 I bought ammo o July of 2020 and had the typical issues of backorder notices that covered all the way to March 2021. I recently logged in and saw the order was cancelled... I called and ask why and got some bogus answer that "we sent you and FTC backorder notice and whether you wanted to continue with the order". When ask what date, they could not give. I pulled all emails and there is none on that subject. I also informed them I called in Jan to check on the order and ask questions - they had no answer. They said "vendors" could not get the ammo to them... When ask when they would have ammo in, they did not know, but backorders would be filled first and then others could buy what's left. However, mine would not be a back order anymore. They would not reopen the order either. Here's the reason why---- I bought 5.56 ammo in July 2,000 rounds for 759.00. Need I say more????? DON'T GET SUCKED IN BY THE MEMBERSHIP - THERE'S REALLY NO VALUE TO IT. Go to Amazon or use a coupon at a local store and get just as good of deal. This was a total waste of time and may be for you too....

Mixed results with SG. Member prices are comparable to retail non member prices tend to be high. My concern is they sell product claiming it is in Stock but later either cancel the order or push off delivery weeks or months. I am still waiting on orders placed 6 months ago. While I understand there is high demand for certain items but do not sell what you don’t have and don’t lie about product being in stock!
