“Scam company. And they are using different names on amazon to suck you in to scam you some more. 365 outdoors on amazon is SG. Same problems there as if you order from them directly. Customer service is rude, unhelpful, and blame you for their failure. Stay away from these frauds. Still waiting on my order. 10 days out.”

“I’ve ordered a tree stand and a scope for my rifle and this company has drug me out without any information about my order for five days, then lied and told me that they would have everything filled within 24 hours abs it still hasn’t happened. If you are ordering anything from this company you should look elsewhere because they will lie to you about your order till they order it and it comes in to their warehouses to mail to you I give a one star”

“I got the free trial membership for 30 days to purchase an item. I then removed my credit card so that they had no card on file. They went back to the original purchase information and used that card to charge me for a one year membership without notifying me first. Very sneaky. I have to have my card canceled now so they can never do that again. I'm done with them.”

“I've been a member of theirs for years and have ordered a ton of stuff. In April I ordered 1k rounds of 9mm. It was on backorder, no problem, I knew it was and I was willing to wait. Couple weeks later I get an email saying it is delayed some more and asks if I still want it. Yes. Ship date comes and goes, nothing. I check the order status and it says it's been I had canceled the order. First they tried to blame me for not responding to the backorder confirmation, which I did and I stated I had the emails to back my statement. Then they keep telling me to replace my order. Well that would be all fine and good except they have no ammo available and now with everything going on it would cost me 2.5 times more than when I ordered 6 months ago. I canceled everything with them and hope they go out of business. Their customer service is some if the worst I have ever experienced and their morals are worse than a liberals. I hope you get what you deserve. What a scam......”

I check the order status and it says it's been canceled because the manufacturer couldn't deliver by the promised date? I've emailed back and forth with them a dozen times and they are 0 help. First they tried to blame me for not responding to the backorder confirmation, which I did and they acknowledged. Then they keep telling me to replace my order and there is nothing else they can do. Well that would be all fine and good except they have no ammo available and now with everything going on it would cost me $900 more than when I ordered 6 months ago. I just want what I ordered. I'm sure they got the ammo in and just decided that they could make triple the profit on it so they screwed me over who's been waiting on it for half the year. I canceled everything with them and hope they go out of business. Their customer service is some if the worst I have ever experienced and their morals are worse than a liberals. I hope you get what you deserve.”

“I placed an order in August. At that time it showed as being In-Stock. Right after I placed the order I was told it was back ordered, but I would receive it in November. Now I am told the item is unavailable and I will not get it.”

“they have the worst customer service dept i have ever dealt with,,shipping is terrible and their membership program is a hoax... i no longer buy anything from them..neither due any of my 4 sons anymore or friends... sorry but this place just totally sucks now.”

“Terrible customer service. My order took way to long to ship. When i inquired about my order they said they would get in touch within 32 hours. They never did. Twice they told me that. Also when they asked me for a review and i told them it was terrible, they said my review didnt fit their requirement and did not post it.”

“I ordered some ammunition. It was back ordered with shipment 3 months out. Right around shipment date I received email that back order is pushed back two more months, as they sell the same ammunition with different packaging for 30% more. I’m sorry that I ever gave them a dime.”

“Took delivery toay of a maroon N2B flyers parka that took over a month to arrive. I was suspicious because to was only around $70 bucks. I have owned several Alpha parkas and wore them in the Air Force. My Authentic Alpha blue N2B has a poly zipper that operates without snagging on the imitation fur which on this jacket is horrible. The one I got from SG might barely be worth $70 bucks but don't assume it's a genuine Alpha even though the tags appear real. Also the insulation is no where as good as my blue N2B. The insulation in this jacket feels like slabs of cheap poly insulation, The N2B I bought directly from Alpha is soft and supple and has no stiffness to it. The zipper doses not function well as is labelled "Ideal" where my genuine N2B poly zippers are labelled "Alpha". If I don't return it I'll rip off the crappy "fur" and use it to shovel snow or some other project but not wear it out in public. It's really awful but you get what you pay for, My real N2B was almost $200 bucks.”

“Bought a pergola from this company through Amazon. Had missing parts and a damaged cover. They offered us 100.00 refund to keep it as is. We agreed never got refund. They don’t answer the phone or it says we are to busy. Then hangs up.”

“They are running a scam it seems. They accepted my back order of 9 mm which was due to ship oct 20th. I ordered these rounds over 3 months ago. They have since over doubled the price of same ammo to new buyers and postponed my ship date until march next friggen year. I canceled order and was not charged but that is not the point. It is unethical what they are doing because you can not be off that far on the shipment dates. They can cancel whoever they want or postpone whoever. How convenient right? What about temptation this creates to ship to the higher bidder??? I will add also I caught them getting rid of bad reviews on their site and only allowing 5 star reviews and some 4 star when they went to ratings about 10 years ago. Only reason i came back was for 9mm and of coarse they dropped ball again:( im done but do as you will”

“Ordered ammo back in August and it was scheduled to ship October. Now its scheduled for January. I would suggest going anywhere else, I'd even suggest going to your local crack dealer for better service and product.”

“In March I ordered .223 Ammo. It got pushed back and pushed back three times to be exact. Then it was canceled. Do you actually sell ammo? Seriously why are you deceiving your customers like this?”

“I placed an order 6/21/20 for Ammo. The ordered said back ordered until 8/8/20 now it is 10/8/20 and no reply nothing. I wrote them 4 days ago zero response. Covid or no covid super poor customer service. Run far away from this poorly run outfit.”

“The items I ordered from the company were fine. The problem I have is that they auto-renewed me into their Buyer's Club to the tune of $49. They were not authorized to do this, and now they won't refund my money or even answer an email. Never do business with this company.”
