Customer service has gone completely to the dogs in the past few months. Orders take forever to process, and inquiries by e-mail are not researched.

We've been asking for your hunting catalog for months. He received a military one and doesn't want that one. He paid for membership and you have terrible service. You should offer refunds.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, MY POOR REVIEW WAS DELETED, DEFECTIVE ARROWS I ordered 12 Sportsman's Guide brand arrows, which could be ordered in lots of six or 12. It came in 2 six-packs. Half of the arrows were defective - their inserts would not allow field tips or broadheads to be screwed in. I returned one six-pack and asked that it be exchanged for non-defective arrows. Instead, I received a credit for about half the order. I emailed customer service saying that I wanted the defective arrows replaced, not credited. The reply told me to re-order, and that the shipping fee would be waived. So I tried re-ordering, but was told by the rep that the charge would still be more than the amount I was credited. I emailed customer service two more times, explaining that if I couldn't get a full set of 12 working arrows for the original purchase price, I'd have to return the six-pack I kept, resulting in a greater loss for the Sportsman's Guide. The last email - sent 32 days ago - went unanswered. ALSO, I WROTE A "POOR" REVIEW, & AFTER BEING UP ON THE GUIDE'S SITE A FEW DAYS, IT WAS DELETED! THIS MEANS YOU CAN'T TRUST ITS REVIEWS.

No customer service at all!! Ordered ammo as back order allowed and then it was canceled so when backin stock they could charge double the price for it!! Won’t be using them anymore!!

Ordering was easy, the AR kit i ordered was on back order though so that was frustrating. Then I got a new debit card before the kit came available so when they ran the card it failed. It took me three days to get in touch with them and get the new card on file because their phones were so busy all they had was a message that they couldn't take my call. I gave them three stars because i ordered a glock from them and i went seamlessly so I would give them another shot.

Once they collected my money I became irrelevant. U can't contact them by phone or email. They keep giving me a back order story. They won't allow cancelation of orders. These people are criminal.

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. Thus company is unreachable, 100% zero communication. I have attempted to cancel an order through an email because their phone lines are jammed with calls. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Ordered 3 boxes of ammo which totaled $63 which amounted to "free shipping". Immediately got an email stating that only 2 boxes were available which was under the $49 free shipping deal so then I was charged $42 for 2 boxes of ammo + $10 shipping which was no longer a good deal and I didn't want. Also the shipping date was changed from 9/18/20 to N/A. What??? So I go to the website and find out that they require you to call "customer service" if you want to cancel your order but you cannot get a human online, just a recording saying due to high volume of calls your call cannot be completed; THEN IT JUST HANGS UP! I have a membership with them but you can bet it will be cancelled at the earliest convenience.

Had a great price on a muzzleloader, bought it along with a membership. Gun put on backorder two different times. Contacted company twice by email. Response was "Please let us know how you would like to proceed with the order." Nothing else didn't seem to care one bit. 2nd email was to cancel because they didn't ship my item was it said was going to ship. Response was "We have canceled your order as requested. You have not been charged for the purchase. If we can be of further assistance, please feel free to Contact us" They could careless if they had lost the sale. Poor Poor customer service. Never will I buy from them!

I ordered ammo in March and it was immediately put on back order. They push back the delivery date 3 times and then cancelled my order. Everyone knows how hard it is to get 9mm ammo right now. I’m sure they cancelled my order to double the price. I will never order from Sportsman rip off again.

Fist I ordered 12 pack military new tee shirts four of them had holes right out of the package all the tags were cut in half as though ther were defective wanted to send back and said there is a shipping return fee of 7.95 so I kept them. Customer service very rude and not at all helpful. I cancel my membership because of this. Now the worst part they sell you email, when I signed up I very rarely got spam mail now I get 10 a day. This use to be a good company now they don’t care I would give it a minus but can’t

First time customer and bought a Hornady night guard online 8-25-20, I never got an email telling me it shipped, nothing. I finally called but was on hold for 48 minutes. The girl said they put a hokd on my item but didn't know why. She said the people who can release werent in that day and for me to call back. Not acceptable! I call back 4 days later now its 9-1-20. Again 52 minutes on hold, then the girl put me on hold for 10 minutes, came back and asked me my address, what number I was calling from. Put me on hold again. Then came back and me my customer number, put me on hold again, then she said ok, it should ship out in the next few days. I asked her why there was a hold in the first place, she claims they needed to very a few things first. Well all that was included when I placed my order online. So now it will take another 10 days to get to me. This is not right.

I ordered 500 rounds of ammo, thier site said "In Stock" so I went ahead and ordered it. As soon as I paid for it I immediately received an email saying they only had half the order in inventory and Id have to wait 3 months before seeing the other half. I canceled the whole damn order and luckily got my full refund. Of course I had to negotiate with the customer service rep for 10 minutes on why I didn't want to sign up for thier stupid membership. Stay away from this company!

BOLDERTON 18 2 MAN LADDER TREE STAND WITH GRIZZLY GRIP SAFETY SYSTEM Bolderton 18 2 Man Ladder Tree Stand with Grizzly Grip Safety System Stand o'k but TERRIBLE customer service. For Sportsmans Guide..great company, usually! As for the stand itself it's a very well built, comfortable stand, wouyld give it 4-5 stars but...when I opened box I discovered the bag holding nuts and bolts had been opened. I should of re-boxed it and sent it back then and there. It was a re-stock item, NEVER accept a restock item from SG as they obviously do not check for broken or missing parts.....BAD! DOZENS of nuts-bolts, way to many to count. As i was half way through assembly I discovered LOTS of nuts and bolts missing, no problem go to hardware store and bought replacements.SEVERAL hrs later I discovered 4 missing parts. 2-shooting rail supports, 1-missing cup holder, 1- missing accessory hook. Call SG girl said they would re-ship, i refused as I had 5-6 hrs in assembly and wasn't going thru that again. She politely gave me manufactures # as they would send replacement parts. I called and recording said go to web page and fill out a form...good bye! Of coarse this was Sat so had to wait till Mon for reply. Looking back it took 9 e-mails to-from manufacturer asking the SAME question. I finally accused them of giving me the run around as EVERY question was answered in orrigional form submitted.They asked for phone # but refused to call. finally 4 days later (thurs) they reach a point saying parts were shipped, I hope so as a week as gone and no parts, no way to track no nothing! Sent complaint to SG saying pic showed 2 hooks and 2 cup holders but stand only comes with one each. Also suggested checking out re-stock items before they are re-stocked. I mean parts bag opened.....come on! SG replied they would respond in 32 hrs!!! GIVE ME A BREAK! Finally 32 hrs later SG replies how sorry they are and to let them know if they can be of any assistance acquiring my missing parts!!! They call that "customer service"? it was nothing but a form letter!! Started this review with 3 stars, i'm so upset I'm changing to two because of no customer service and false advertising showing 2 cup holders and stand come with one. I've spent several hundred dollard at SG in 3 yrs but wont spen any more on tree stands.

Atrocious customer service. This company is a scam. Took order & payment & did not ever send product. 4 months. Took attorney intervention to receive refund.

paid $45 or $50 dollars for a years membership in oct 2019, made several orders totaling around $700, in june of 2020 i'm told my membership is expired?? not worth fighting over that amount of money, i'll take my business to a more reliable and reputable company. its was NOT a temporary membership!

This company does not even deserve one star. I ordered 2 ammo cans from them based on the picture they showed. The pictured showed a pristine looking ammo can with the markings I wanted on it. What I got were 2 ammo cans with no markings, faded paint, rust, dents, dirty, and smelled like dog pooh! No kidding! These cans smelled like they were used to collect dog doo! Take a look at the 2 pictures of their ad and what I got. Of course I contacted them about it and here was their reply: "Thank you for your response. If we can be of further assistance, please feel free to contact us. Enjoy the Outdoors! Sportsman’s Guide Customer Experience Team" Wasn't that nice of them! When I asked for them to be replace, I got no answer at all. Don't buy from this rip-off company. You never know what you're really going to get and they stand by nothing.
