“Denny in customer service worked quickly and effectively to resolve our shipment issues, and within 24-hours the entire matter was cleared up and full satisfaction was achieved, I have not seen this 3-star level of service from many organizations over the past 3-5 years. “I would like to give you a great rating for your part of the operation was but the shipping was horrendous. Ordered on the 19th of April, the parts arrived today, April 29th. Nine days in transit and within the same state. Should I need parts in the future I will not hesitate to visit your website again.”

While we're seeing much better delivery times from the shipping companies compared to last year during the beginning of the pandemic, we do still see these delayed orders from time to time. 10 days in the same state may be some kind of record. “I ordered various 1" fittings and a couple of 1"x24" risers for a project in my orchard. The order delivered were 1/2"x24" risers. I took a picture of the wrong size that was delivered and emailed it to customer service. Within a day they had the correct size being shipped to me and emailed me back that I didn't need to ship the wrong sized ones back, which saves me a trip to a FedEx store which is a few miles away. I appreciate how quickly they made this right and least amount of hassle on my part. Their web site is easy to use also. Filtering by size and material makes ordering the various fittings a breeze.”

Hi, thanks for your review. We've arranged for a new order to be shipped out to you, as the tracking is showing that the shipment was delivered to a PO Box and the address on the label was clearly a street address. Apologies for the confusion.
