This was so, easy. Got everything I ordered, in just a few days. Felt like I was in the loop, with updates about my order. Didn't have to drive around, or waste time on the phone trying to explain what I needed. Just click the pictures, and decide on the quantity. My order, would have cost twice as much, trying to fill it locally. Simple, painless, easy. Thank you, SSS.

Ordering was easy. Item was shipped the next business day. Almost daily updates of shipping progress. The Hunter Wand Wi-Fi controller worked perfectly.

Parts delivered as expected. Took a long time to get them shipped out; not sure if that is typical as this is the first time I've ordered from them.

We've been seeing a lot of delayed orders due to the increase in online shopping this year for the holidays as a result of the pandemic. I loved my experience with them, from first coming to the site, to ordering, to receiving my goods. Their pricing was excellent, they consistently and clearly communicated the order progress, and everything arrived perfectly, and on time. I get the sense these folks really like what they do, and they have built a great business focused on ease of use, value, and client experience. I am really glad that I found them.

I'd like to give them a higher rating, however I still haven't received the photocell that was ordered over a week ago, and there aren't any updates on the part either. When I checked the shipper, it indicated that the part was still at the warehouse. Not anyone I would purchase from in the future.

I ordered a part. SSS did not notify me they did not have it in stock. I received a flurry of marketing emails that were fun and friendly after the order. But nothing after that for weeks. Then, I sent an email to their complaint department and they finally responded that they did not have it in stock and asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I just wanted to know when to expect it and was not given a straight answer. Don't take an order if you have no idea how long it will take to fulfill it.

Hi, thanks for your review, and our sincere apologies for the confusion on your order. We actually investigated this, as our automated system would have typically sent out an email to confirm that the part was on backorder and the estimated turnaround time. It turns out that you were absolutely correct, that we had a period of a few days that we weren't aware of where customers were not receiving those notification emails. The system corrected itself, but our tech team is working now to determine how that happened and to assure that it doesn't happen again. Please note that getting straight answers from our manufacturers on arrival times for backordered parts has been difficult this year due to the pandemic, and, knowing that many of our customers are on tight schedules, we've been offering up front to cancel orders for customers who were unable to wait the several days it was taking to get an answer. I sent an email to customer service stating I needed to return this unit because it is not what I wanted; I have yet to hear back. So for that reason you get a poor rating.

Ordered 3 small plastic sprinkler connectors less than $2 a piece and was charged $17 shipping, they sent by first class mail that couldn’t of been more than $5.
