“The only place I could find reasonably priced Toro low pressure sprinkler heads. Checked stores in my town and on the web. Their web site is easy to navigate, their shipping costs are easy to discern, and their follow-up service is attentive. Received my order in less than 5 days.”

“Everything was great. You should give 1 key for every 5 heads and a collar for every 10 heads.if shipping had to be paid I'd order another key and collar. Butbesides that your prices are great and your selections are great too. I'll definitely deal with you in the future and I'm telling everyone about your wed sight. Ed”

“To begin the pictures falsely advertises product. Secondly the customer service follow up is absolutely horrible. Good luck trying to get ahold of an actual person to discuss the issue you can wait for a terenty it will not happen. You'll get an automated system and you have the ability to leave voicemail but you will not get a return call only a general email which gets you nowhere. Get ready when you send product back to not only pay your shipping but also a 20 percent restocking fee. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere.”

Hi, thanks for your review. I apologize for any confusion, I'm showing that the photo is correct, but it's a replacement front panel for a controller and can see how it was confused with a full controller. We've reviewed the listing - the term "station module" that the manufacturer uses is no doubt confusing, and we're changing the description on all of those replacement parts to "front panel replacement" to make it a more accurate description. I appreciate you pointing this out to me, and will make sure that you receive 100% credit back on your return. I'm not able to credit above and beyond on your payment method, but will also be issuing you $20.00 in store credit to offset the return shipping. I apologize if you weren't able to get through to us as quickly as you were hoping, I did a search of our system and did find one phone message that was followed up with an email from you 10 minutes later. Since you were looking for information on returning the item, I had sent you the link to our online return request form and thought you had been taken care of and didn't respond to the call as well. I do recommend that customers leave a message right away if they aren't able to reach us, we do occasionally experience heavy call traffic but do strive to respond to all messages ASAP.
