“Got my product. However, it was not packed with any kind of protective wrapping, paper, etc. Not that it matters too much with sprinklers, but it would be nice to have some sort of protection from the shipping guys throwing the boxes around. Product came a bit scuffed from shipping (again, not a problem but looks bad)”

“Received the wrong product....emailed and called/left voice-mail with no return email or call. Now I have a $60 item that is not correct and I cant use, in addition to still needing the correct item. Still nothing.”

“4 years ago we decided to change our sprinklers to a more efficient rotating stream type to achieve water-conserving in southern California. After some research we decided to order from Sprinkler Supply Store and have been extremely happy with ease of order, price, and excellent service. First rate!”

“You know this is my second order from you and I have yet to receive the materials which were due on Wednesday. The were either in Phoenix or Tucson AZ on Wednesday so delivery was rescheduled for Friday and now they are in Ft. Worth TX. Scheduled for Monday Delivery. It's a strike out for you guys. I need my materials when I order them and when you say you have them going out the next day I plan and expect that to happen.”

Hi James, thanks for getting in touch. Apologies for any confusion, but we are definitely not promising shipping and delivery dates at the moment. Our warehouses are all working as hard as they can to get orders out as quickly as possible, but we have a note directly in the shopping cart stating there will be potential delays on orders due to the current pandemic situation. I apologize if we somehow gave you the impression that the situation was otherwise, but we've posted info on our website and sent out emails to notify customers of these shipping delays.
