“While I am happy to find the sprinkler parts I wanted for my residential sprinkler system,. Unfortunately the parts did not fit in my current system. So I have sent it back to you as return. Generally, I find your prices are very high. I assume they are because of parts for older models.”

Hi Douglas - thanks for your review. Our apologies, it looks like we had some sort of glitch in our system that caused one of the parts on your order to not be sent to the warehouse for shipment. “I ordered a quantity of 5, Weathermatic MAX 6 sprinkler bodies and instead was sent 3. MAX 6 and 2, LX 4 models. The inner components of the MAX 6 and LX 6 are not interchangeable with each other and I should have been notified that a substitution was made.”

Hi George - our apologies for the confusion. Our warehouses are not supposed to make any substitutions without first asking, so this might just be a case of some LX heads being placed in the MAX bin by mistake.
